Through our innovative spay and neuter voucher program we offer no-cost spay and neuter for all your pets!

Spaying and neutering saves lives
Spaying and neutering your pets is easy and free for you through our program! Simply fill out an application and return to us. In approximately 2 weeks you will receive your voucher with a list of participating veterinarians to go to.
To get an application, you must come into one of our two Animal Care Centers - 2500 S. 27th Avenue in Phoenix and 2630 W. 8th Street in Mesa.
Neuter Scooter
In addition to the spay neuter voucher program we offer the Neuter Scooter, a surgical mobile unit that offers spay/neuter surgeries. This is a self-contained surgical unit that goes to our target areas to bring services right to the neighborhoods that need it the most.
